Orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment, often sooner if the items in your order are already made up and in stock.

Our usual postal carrier is Royal Mail, who aim to deliver items within 2-5 days within the UK. Overseas deliveries are passed to the destination country's postal service once they have cleared customs and therefore the delivery time depends on the destination country. Delivery times can be adversely affected when unforeseen issues arise, especially during busier times (e.g. run up to Christmas).

If you have a particularly urgent requirement, please make contact before placing your order so we can advise you of the expected timescales and suggest alternative faster delivery options where applicable.

Please note, import taxes and VAT may be collected from the buyer by overseas customs and/or destination postal carriers. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are familiar with their own country's import legislation and pay any necessary additional fees when receiving an order.

If any orders are returned back to Jolly Boxers because a buyer has refused delivery and/or not paid customs charges, we can only refund the cost of the items in the order (assuming they are received back in their original condition); the delivery charges will not be refunded.
